Service Overview
The company provides a will drafting service, including the preparation of various types of wills. The service is limited to drafting and does not include estate administration or the safekeeping of documents.
Fees and Payment
The following fees apply for the drafting services:
- Will drafting: R350.00
- Living will drafting: R150.00
- Pet will drafting: R150.00
- Estate organizer: R400.00
- Revisions: R50.00
All fees are payable upfront before the delivery of the drafted documents. No service will be rendered until payment is received in full.
Service Delivery Turnaround Time
The standard turnaround time for the delivery of wills is three (3) business days. In the event of any delays, timely communication will be provided.
The delivery of Estate Organizer Files is subject to the standard delivery times of the designated courier service.
Personal Information Usage
All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing the will drafting service. The company ensures that such information will not be shared, distributed, or used for any other purpose.
Executor Nomination
Clients are required to nominate their own executor as part of the will drafting process.
Estate Administration
The company does not provide estate administration services. However, we can offer support by providing estate reporting information and, where appropriate, referrals to external service providers for further assistance.
Safe Custody of Will
The company does not offer a safekeeping service for wills. Clients are responsible for retaining and safeguarding of their will documents.
Revisions
Clients may request unlimited revisions within three (3) months of the original draft at no additional charge. After this period a revision fee of R50.00 will be charged per revision request.
Limitations of Liability
The company is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the misuse, loss, or misplacement of the will or any errors arising from incorrect information provided by the client.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the company’s services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
