Pricing Policy

Introduction

Evergreen Will & Estate Solutions (Pty) Ltd is committed to providing professional will drafting services at transparent and competitive rates. This pricing policy outlines our service fees and payment terms to ensure clarity and fairness to all clients.

Service Fees

The following fees apply to our range of services:

• Will Drafting – R350.00 A legally valid will to ensure final wishes are clearly documented.
• Living Will Drafting – R150.00 A document outlining your preferences regarding medical care, end-of-life decisions, and post-death arrangements.
• Pet Will Drafting – R150.00 A legal document ensuring the care and well-being of your pets in the event of your passing or incapacitation.
• Estate Organizer – R400.00 (plus R100.00 courier fee for nationwide delivery) A structured expandable file serving as a repository for all critical personal, financial, and legal information related to your estate, simplifying the administration process for your loved ones.
• Revisions – R50.00 Clients may request unlimited revisions within three (3) months of the original draft at no additional charge. After this period, a revision fee of R50.00 will be charged per revision request.

Payment Terms

• Upfront Payment Requirement: All fees are payable in full before the drafting and delivering of any document.
• No Service Without Payment: Services will only commence once payment has been received and confirmed.

Additional Information

• The above fees will apply to standard drafting services. Any additional requests or customized legal requirements may be subject to an extra charge, which will be communicated in advance.
• If a client requires amendments to a completed document, additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the changes.
• All services are subject to the company’s terms and conditions, which are available upon request.

Service Delivery Turnaround Time

• The standard turnaround time for delivery of Wills is three (3) working days. In the event of any delays, timely communication will be provided.
• The delivery of Estate Organizers is subject to the standard delivery times of the designated courier service.

Fee Adjustment

Fees are subject to change in accordance with company policy. Clients will be notified of any adjustments in advance.
